L A T E   P O L I C Y 

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be result in the appointment being rescheduled, this is considered a SAME DAY cancellation.  That much lost time will not allow the technician to complete the procedure properly. The time cannot be “made up” by rushing or omitting important steps.

****NO SHOW/SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY****

Because we reserve a time especially for you, we sincerely ask for a minimum of 24hrs notice for all waxing services and 48hrs notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your (non cosmetic tattoo service) appointment. If the required  hours of notice is not given, you will be charged 100% of your service/lose deposit. Last minute cancellations and "No Shows" leave spaces in our schedules that cannot be filled outside of this timeframe. Booking an appointment at TBB is you acknowledging our policies and agreeing to them. 

A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule and reserve a Cosmetic Tattoo service. 

The deposit will be deducted from the TOTAL on the day of the appointment. 

ALL COSMETIC TATTOO TREATMENTS MUST BE CANCELED/RESCHEDULED 

48RS IN ADVANCE FOR DEPOSIT TO TRANSFER TO A NEW DATE, IF  NOTICE 

WITHIN REQUIRED TIME FRAME IS NOT MET A NEW DEPOSIT OF $50 WILL BE

DUE TO RESCHEDULE FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE.  

*No showing  to a cosmetic tattoo appointment will result in client forfeiting their 

deposit or 100% charge of touchup fee.

*Deposits are transferable to a new date 1x ONLY.  A new deposit of $50 is 

required if rescheduled more than 1 time. 

*Touchups must be done within 8 months of initial appointment or an 

extra $150 will be applied to touchup fee. 

GIFT CARDS / CERTIFICATES 

All Gift Cards and Certificates are NON-REFUNDABLE.  NO EXCEPTIONS!
