We are so honored you've chosen The Brow Bar for your cosmetic tattoo experience. My goal is to provide every client with exceptional service, personalized attention, and beautiful results that leave you feeling confident and refreshed.
Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, I've created the following policies to ensure every client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
Please plan to arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving late may be required to reschedule their appointment. Due to the detailed nature of these services, lost time cannot be made up without compromising the quality of your procedure/service. Late arrivals that require rescheduling will be treated as a same day cancellation and applicable fees will apply.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
I kindly ask for:
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice for waxing appointments
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice for cosmetic tattoo appointments
When adequate notice is not provided, it is often impossible to fill the
reserved appointment time on short notice. Appointments canceled or
rescheduled outside of the required notice period will result in forfeiture of
any deposit paid and may require additional fees before a future appointment
can be booked.
By scheduling an appointment with The Brow Bar, you acknowledge
and agree to these policies.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
A non refundable deposit is required to reserve your cosmetic tattoo appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
RESCHEDULING
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, I kindly
ask for at least 48 hours' notice.
• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date
when proper notice is given.
• Deposits may be transferred one time only.
• Additional reschedules will require a new $100 booking deposit.
• Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will require a new $100 deposit to reserve a future appointment.
APOINTMENT COMMITMENT
Cosmetic tattoo appointments involve extensive preparation, custom design work, measurements, consultation, and time reserved specifically for you.
If you choose not to proceed after the appointment and design process have begun, the booking deposit will be forfeited and a $150 cancellation fee will apply.
NO SHOW POLICY
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without
notice will forfeit their deposit.
No shows for touch up appointments will be charged 100% of
the touch up appointment fee.
TOUCH UPS
For the best healed results, touch up appointments should be completed
within six months of your original procedure.
Touch ups scheduled 6-12 months from the original appointment
will incur an additional $50 fee. "Touchups" scheduled past one year will be considered a Color Boost.
By scheduling an appointment with The Brow Bar, you acknowledge
and agree to these policies.
GIFT CARDS
All gift cards and gift certificates are non refundable and
may not be redeemed for cash.
All gift card and certificate purchases are final.
